Lanta Flow AI provides a subscription-based AI voice receptionist service that answers inbound phone calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and sends SMS confirmations on behalf of subscribing businesses. The Service is provided "as-is" using current AI voice technology. While we strive to deliver a high-quality, professional call experience, we do not guarantee that all callers will be satisfied with AI-assisted interactions, and we make no claim that the AI voice is indistinguishable from a human receptionist.
You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to deceive callers in ways that cause harm, or to violate applicable telemarketing or robocall laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the AI receptionist complies with local regulations including any required disclosures to callers that they are speaking with an AI system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanta Flow AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment or violations of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@lantaflowai.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the period ends.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month of any subscription plan. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the month.
If the Service was unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to issues on our end, we will credit your account for the affected days on a pro-rated basis.
Email support@lantaflowai.com with your account email and reason. We process refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
